Arbitration Agreement

Please review this agreement carefully before proceeding.

Arbitration Contract

Leanefy LLC is dedicated to addressing any issues you might have in a transparent, courteous, and quick manner. Should a conflict arise concerning our telehealth services—including consultations, prescriptions, or any associated interactions—we request that you consent to settle those conflicts via private, binding arbitration rather than bringing the issue to court.

1. Arbitration: Why?

Arbitration provides a faster, more informal means of settling conflicts. A neutral third party—not a judge or jury—handles it; both sides have the opportunity to be heard. This strategy protects your privacy and saves legal expenses and time for all parties concerned.

2. Coverage

Any conflict you could have with Leanefy LLC—whether it concerns services rendered, billing inquiries, privacy issues, or even possible claims like medical negligence—this agreement covers.

3. The Law That Is Applicable

Enforceable nationwide, this agreement falls under the Federal Arbitration Act. The rules still apply even if you live outside Arizona; conflicts will usually follow Arizona law unless otherwise mandated.

4. The Procedure

A professional organization like the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another group both sides agree on will run the arbitration. Their set of rules—meant for consumer and medical situations—will direct how the procedure runs.

5. Where It Occurs

Though we're willing to adjust depending on your location or requirements, arbitration will usually occur in Arizona. Unless both parties agree differently, all proceedings will be held in English.

6. Who Pays How Much

Usually, each side pays for their own legal expenses. The arbitrator, though, may choose to grant legal fees or reimbursement if appropriate, depending on the result and applicable laws.

7. No Group Lawsuits

This is crucial: agreeing to arbitration means you also believe every conflict has to be settled separately. You will not be able to file claims as part of a group or collective action or participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Should Something Not Hold Up

Should any section of this contract be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. Only the relevant section would be removed or changed.

9. Your Rights and Your Options

Your ongoing use of Leanefy LLC services indicates acceptance of these conditions. Legalese can be daunting, we know. So, please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. We are glad to explain to you what this means and what your rights are.
